Palace Academy - Day Care Post
Seeing my wife call me with tears in her eyes and sobbing, telling me that our child is no longer allow to return to daycare, drove me off edge. My child is only 8 months old.
He does not know left to right, up and down or how to say mama or dada. He's our first child together and like any loving parent, you will give them the world! She was sent a message through an app that is use through the facility, not daycare, to inform you about your child progress. Letting her know that she needs to come pick up her child because he has been needing and crying all day. Not allowing the other children sleep. I believe that as a trained professional you should know how to handle a child that may not be feeling well or just needs a little more loving that day. However, that was not the case, when she arrived she was spoken to by a staff member not the owner of the facility, to not bring our son back Monday.
There are steps that should be taken in place before taking such extreme action. I am overly upset of the actions and how unprofessional they were to remove our 8month old child.
