Kiddy Grove West is lovely. I love all the staff. They are very friendly an they are very helpful. My child gets breakfast lunch and two snacks. They love it and they never want to come home. I recommend sending your child to Kiddy Grove West, especially right now they are doing a wonderful job helping my child with all their online school work!
The child care aspect of this facility is well poor at best. I could not believe the way the staff treated my child and other children. My child would come home dirty and always hungry. My child would tell me “given their a child” non the less the bad things that he/she witnessed. Explaining only getting 1 or 2 crackers, 5 goldfish, and always milk. The milk they serve is given to all the children rather allergic or not sometimes out dated and down right gross. My child was witness to abuse from staff to other school age kids and child to child bullying. I addressed the staff and nothing was ever done about it. The staff is unfriendly and very unprofessional. The women that have worked there for years seems to be a power struggle happening with no regard to the business they even work for. I highly recommend NOONE send their child to Kiddy Grove West
The staff at kiddy grove are great my son has been there for three years and the same teachers have worked there the center is clean and the choldren have so much to do
