Good afternoon I would like to share my experience at kiddy garden. I enrolled my daughter on 5/20/19 to the schumburg location. She started that same day at 9am to 5pm. When I picked her up she was happy and playing. When we arived home she started complaining about her diaper hurting I then went to go and change her and that's when I saw pop stains in diaper and she was super red with a diaper rash. At the time I didnt make much of it and just thought maybe she would be okay but no she was in pain after applying diaper cream she looked to be okay. On her second diaper changed that day she had a discharge that didn't look right. Next morning I called kiddy garden and spoke to one of the girls about what had happen and if they can make sure she gets cleaned properly and cream needs to be applied. I do know my daughter as a baby did get diaper rashes but last time she ever had one was about a year a ago. On Tuesday when picking her up she seemed good too. Coming home I did check and she was clean and cream was applied. That same night my daughter then started to get a high fever on and off all night. Now this morning Wensday morning I had to take her to the ER because she was just in pain and didn't want to pee due to the fact that it hurt to do so. At the ER it was confirmed that it was an infection due to poor cleaning after bowel movement. Coming home I called kiddy and explain what happened I just got an Okay and sorry and we will follow up with the girls. I paid 190.00 dollars for 3 days she attended 2 and 50.00 dollars was for registering a total of 240.00. This was the first time I ever took my daughter to daycare and it has been the worse experience. I missed a day of work, money and now shes on medication for a week. I hope to hear back and hopefully get my money back.
