Not enough teachers on staff. For example, when a teacher is sick no one to take their place except to put all kids together. Need teacher helpers. Children need consistency or they get out of control. Teachers don't get paid enough. Very low pay. Can get more and better staff if pay was a lot better. Since this Learning Center is a part of the church the focus should be on teaching each child and parents Christian values and Bible stories. Each staff member should love the Lord and attend church somewhere. The church should focus on this being a ministry not a way to help the church more financially. Put the money into the teachers pay, better equipment, etc. Kiddieland has so much potential. It shouldn't be a babysitting service. Parents are paying for biblical teaching and Christian values while being watched by Christian staff.
