Kiddie Time Childcare

Do not drop your kids off here unless you want them threatened by two staff members to get bleeps whipped in the bathroom. Dolls are cakes in dirt, oven has yellow ooze dripping from it. Playground has graffiti. Kids are taught to walk thru busy high traffic parking lots. Employers are crooked and do not pay employees who leave. No professional definition about this place period. Gross. Unethical.

The management is horrible. They scream at their staff and kids when no one is around and could careless about the parents. The customer service is horrible and they dodge anyone who is of annoyance to them. they have rat poo on the shelves where they keep the food. Mice have ran out into the play area where the children play as well. The outside playground is very unsafe. They also force the children to go to sleep by covering their heads with blankets while patting their backs aggressively. A very disgusting place. I wouldn't recommend to anyone

Kiddie time sent our child out in the snow with no socks or shoes on (yes she had them at the facility), she got very sick as a result. After trying to pay off our final balance twice after pulling her from their care, we were told both times we would have to wait for 15 minutes to accept our check AND on top of that they lost our child's blanket. Yet another reason we pulled our child was the lack of cleanliness in the facility, the smell of soiled diapers, and the poor management. We were extremely disappointed and very upset at how we and our child was treated. Please think twice before sending your child here.
