Kiddie Launch Learning Centre Llc

My child was consistently neglected at this facility. She often had disputes with other children and instead of being addressed from a developmental standpoint (she is 2 years old), they literally put her in a high chair in the hallway outside the classroom. She was routinely isolated from the other children because this facility is not equipped to teach children.

There were constant physical altercations between the children. I understand that they are toddlers and this is going to happen, but we only received two incident reports in our several months there. It seems that the teachers paid no attention to the children and I have walked in there several times to pick my child up just to see teachers talking to each other at a table or on their phones. My child consistently came home with cuts and bruises and when I would ask the staff they would have no idea how it happened.

Also, there are virtually no safety procedures in place. You can just walk right in the front door which I have never seen locked and walk right to your child's classroom.
