Violation Observed: Based on information, ensure that adequate procedures for tracking children are adhered to at all times throughout the center. A named staff failed to notice that a named child had left the center unsupervised. Additionally, staff had indicated that tracking is inconsistent at the center. On 11/30/2021, staff were unaware of the number of children in their care.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Horrible business. They treat your kids like crap. They try to take more money from you,close unexpectedly, employees are not trained right even the manager, they don't resolve any concerns you have or a certain situation you may have. They just ignore it and act like it didn't happen. Please stay far away from this place. Your kids deserve better. They don't care,they just want your money that's it.

Had a horrible birthday party experience here and it's almost a year later and still not resolved. They promised a partial refund but have not followed through. Don't have your party here.

My son has been learning so much which he shares w me everyday! He is also a handful & all staff is great with him!! Definitely check this place out, u will b impressed!!!
