On July 26, 2023, the same staff member ignored a three-year-old child who was visibly crying and upset after being forced to remain seated. Once the child was allowed to get up, the staff member poked the child and then abruptly picked up the child to leave. Additionally, on July 26, 2023, the same staff member entered personal space of children by pointing their finger in the faces of children and by closely leaning into their faces when speaking to them.

On July 26, 2023, the same staff member forcefully positioned a child to sit with their legs crossed on the carpet while waiting to get in line. Also on July 26, 2023, the staff member restricted the movement of a three-year-old child by continuously pulling or lifting the child multiple times forcing the child back into a seated position in front of the staff member.
