The employees are good and always take good care of the children. It's the management that is bad. I've spent many of thousands of dollars at this place and I get treated horribly all the time. The management also treats their employees very bad.
The learning provided at this daycare and the care by the employees is good. But if you want to be treated with a little respect and like a valued customer, this is not the place.
Today they forced me to come pick up my 22 month old because she wouldn't play or eat. I guess if you're in a bad mood, you'll get sent home. I am currently disabled and it's difficult enough to take care of myself so it's very important for us to have a reliable daycare. We can't just pull her out if daycare because they don't feel like taking care of her today.
It is unacceptable for the amount of money we've spent there.
