Let me start with the fact that the lady Connie head of the establishment always has a rude tone in her voice and literally looks like she hates her job and everyone there but ever the blonde up there with the short Curly hair is also a major stuck up rude lady that will put her nose in your business and make rude comments this lady drives the after school care bus where she literally dies not even watch the children I witnessed several kids bullying this one younger kid with some curse words involved and her rude self didn't even step in when it started to get physical is when I got out of my car and stepped in and again she doing nothing to resolve the conflict she turn the other way on top of all that my son is lactose intolerant and as a law of dhr they require his to have a plan of action if a accident was to happen or problem was to arise and he go into shock or his throat close up they have no plan of action nor have they pushed the issue they are only concerned with getting paid to half-a** do there job and complain the entire time they are there ...my sons teachers shes a sweet understanding lady and does wonders with my son who has ADHD and is mildly autistic furthermore it's mainly the office staff that need to get there self together and do there jobs
