About the Provider

Keiki Care Center of Hawaii, Inc. (KCCOH), a preschool care facility for children ages 2 to 4 years old, has been created to perpetuate and foster the philosophy and values that have been developed and carried on throughout the many decades of years of teaching by its highly trained, experienced and dedicated teachers and staff. Many of our teachers have degrees in the early childhood education field, and a few even have attained Master’s Degrees. You can be assured that your child will be in wonderful hands here at KCCOH. KCCOH was opened due to the closure of St. Timothy’s Children’s Center (STCC) in Aiea, since the hope was to employ as many of the teachers and faculty to keep the “ohana” together, as well as to continue to provide a great preschool education for those families that were displaced due to the closure. STCC was the only nationally accredited preschool on this side of the island, and KCCOH will definitely follow suit and strive for accreditation during this next year. At KCCOH, we view each child as an individual…a bright learner with potential for growth and development needing an optimal, stimulating environment. Our environment is safe, challenging, supportive, nurturing, and respectful of the child and his/her family.
