That teacher stated that children are watched closely while in the cafeteria and that roll call is done at least once per hour. LS observed Both teachers supervising children closely on today's date. | Findings: LS conducted a complaint investigation on today's date. Complaint is regarding a report from Director that a child ran out of the program, but that the child was found shortly after, brought back to the cafeteria, and the child's parents were called. LS interview the Area Director about the incident over the phone. Area Director stated that according to the Teacher who was in charge that day, the child was playing on the carpet near the side double doors, to the right of the stage, and left the cafeteria without being seen. Area Director observed hallway camera footage which showed that the child was missing for approximately 3 minutes from the time that the child left the cafeteria to the time that he was found in the parking lot.
