I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My son was choked with a rope by another child, rope burn around his neck. Had to take him to the hospital to get it checked out. They never called me or anything. Another instance when I went to pick him up an employee picked him up from running towards me and tossed him (to the point his neck went backwards, yes I freaked out on her) back on the couch because he was in time out. He was 2 years old. I will never take my kids here again.
