Type of correction needed: 470 IAC 3-1.1-48(c)(1) At the time of the inspection the provider had hand soap in the bathroom ,and hand sanitizer on the kitchen table that was accessible to the children that was labeled to keep out of the reach of children. The provider placed all items out of the reach of the children during the inspection. |
