From what I've noticed what the teachers have to submit of a daily schedule of each child takes away from their ability paying attention to the children. There is one teacher who has to submit a whole schedule for every child in the classroom. I have noticed my child has not had the same standard nap time of 2 hours. The front desk woman is very silently judgemental and cold. I've overheard the young girl taking care of the 1yr olds speak veryyyy out of place. I see about 1.5 professionals employed and I see the rest are reliably attendant but are not near the equivalent of the cost.
With addition of the attn and attitude loss due to the consistent documentation documentation of each child's routine throughout the day.
It all looks good up front but in reality this is very expensive for understaffed overworked and mostly undereducated, no background associated staff..
But there aren't many choices out there.....

I am an employee

Owner is dishonest and money focused. Leadership decisions are for financial gain rather than best interest of children. The turnover is high among teachers. The Director is mostly absent and talks about the owner negatively. Loads of constant internal drama. The waiting list gives false security to parents but parents are told there will be openings when there aren't so teachers wind up over ratio regularly. Teachers are underpaid and most are overworked. Food for the children is not age appropriate and the cheapest possible. Infants eat food which is choking hazards, teachers have to cut with scissors. Poor communication or outright malicious behavior cause constant staffing problem meaning teachers often miss their breaks and lunches. Owner is often unclear of the DHS policies regarding proper protocol. Terrible sick child policy enforcement leading to the highest illness rate I have ever seen. Untrained teachers with no follow through. Completely unsupportive and untrained management. Do not fall for it.... this place is a grungy environment run by a greedy person who does not have the best interest of children at heart.

Beautiful facility but ran very poorly, Director and Asst. Dir. are both very caddy and fake. Unprofessional place to work, teachers are not held accoutable to lesson plans and toddler rooms are more than the usual chaotic. Great center for infants but terrible for toddler/preschool children. Had I not been emplyed there is no way in a hundred years I would have enrolled him in this center.
