By far the worse daycare my son has been in. Wish I could post the pictures of my sons face to show yall how professional they really are. When I asked what happened to my son face, they said with a straight face that he got into a fight and pretty much it was what it was. Mind you my son is only one year of age. They made it seem as if it was normal and that it was my son fault for supposedly igniciating the fight. We did not receive a phone call letting us know of the incident. And this is not the first time something like this happened.Just a week before my son also came home wit scratches and not on his head.This company is a joke and I beg you to think twice before putting your child in this day care!
JUST FOR TOTS LOST MY SON
My son was dropped off at the wrong school and the only thing the owner could tell me was "mistakes happen" This is after I explained to him that no one was watching or logging the kids getting on the 6:45am van, him being at the facility for another 30minutes and getting on the van to go to another school at 07:15am and no one checking that log either, then the van driver being told by my son that the school was not his school and the bus driver responded with no and took him off the van. I have to say this is the only daycare we have ever used since my son was born 19 months ago. Since the first day our son has been treated so great. Best daycare in killeen when the shooting on killeen happened they stayed with our son till we were released and never charged us a late fee.
Hello parents, My child use to attend this daycare for only a couple of weeks. In the very first day or so I noticed changes in my childs health. Her eating routine was very off and was vomiting her milk every feeding due to the caregiver overfeeding her.
The first day we picked our child up The woman told us they fed her more than the specified amount I wrote down due to her crying when she saw another child feeding from a bottle. After sometime passed my child became more pale colored and redness around the eyes. The vomiting became more intense to where my child was not keeping milk nor medicine down. We then took our child to the ER with a temperature of 102 degrees F. The illness lasted for a span of 3 weeks. The doctor said most likely our baby caught a bug from the daycare. And I do understand completely that a childs first time in daycare, being surrounded by so many other kids, its normal to become sick. But if there were any sick children in the room I was not informed by no one.
Every single day our child had boogers running into her mouth meanwhile the bulb syringe sitting in the diaper bag. At first they overfed my child and the following week they weren't feeding not even half the amount my child usual takes in.
Everyday I would drop off my child at this daycare and My fiancee then would pick our child up, thus me not seeing the conditions of the infant room at the end of the day. The main thing that made us decide to stop using their services was my fiancé coming home and telling me when he walked in the room, our child was playing in the jumper without the socks that we put on her in the morning. Our childs feet were on the cold bare floor. And I have always noticed the AC unit was cooler than a normal temperature that any parent would have in their infants room. I believe that's how she got sick and if not, how it grew worse.
After I stopped using their services the instructor of the Just for Tots #2, Victor, charged my grandmothers card for the couple of hundred dollars I OWED. They never had my signature on the Payment Agreement form to do that. Yes, it is credit card fraud. This daycare stole a large amount of money from someones account that does not even use their services. Victor had to have gone into the receipt history to get the card number and security code to call the card company to ask for this amount of money. He really went out his way. They had her card information by her swiping it once when she kindly paid for my daughters registration fee. That's it.
I then called and talked to the instructor who is responsible for all transactions, he only asked if I signed and read the payment agreement form when she was enrolled, and said by me signing it says they can do that. However, he should have checked before taking money because I never did put my signature on the form. The paper was sitting at my house unsigned. My grandmothers bank says it is credit card fraud and illegal for them to do that.
Please be careful who you leave your little ones with. I have never wrote a review before but when it comes to the care of my daughter and other children then it's always a serious situation. I figured if it would help other parents then why not. And for this child care service being in the wrong and unprofessional I would think the public has a right to know.
