Be prepared for más chaos at pickup. Children and parents open the door for other parents. Children run around all day without socks and shoes on. Socks are lost on a daily basis. Directors change frequently. In six months, three different directors were hired. The teachers are satisfactory in most cases but don’t have training to know how to handle children. There is little teaching occurring in the preschool room. The teachers lack ideas on how to discipline or redirect. There is a lack of communication. My two year old was bit many times without documentation. Two bites broke the skin and I had to beg for paperwork. Even with notifiying dhs of these issues, no changes were made. I had to remove my children for my own sanity. The lack of communication, staff knowledge and procedures was ridiculous for the amount of money they want per week.
