They need to make sure that they have enough staff for each classroom. The parents that volunteer to help isn't even enough considering that other kids don't really listen to other kids parents. There are certain kids that needs a lot of attention. I understand that these kids are only 3-4 years old but I've witnessed bullying already. I don't even know if the teachers are aware of it all. There is this certain girl from a class who's been promoting hate towards their other classmates and I don't think that is good considering preschool is a developmental stage and all. If they think hurting their classmate is good, or making their other classmates avoid a kid that this girl picked to be bullied is fine; I'm afraid that they will grow up thinking this is okay. Also noticed this girl pushed several other kids on more than one occasion. It's not even accidental considering among hundreds of students in this school, she's the only kid who pushes other kids on a regular basis.
