They need to be more professional and stop always thinking there perfect because they make a lot of mistakes by far be more professional
The level of professionalism is appalling. I'm pretty sure the books are off. On multiple occasions I had to point out simple math errors on receipts. The owner is difficult to talk to and becomes combative when faced with a question about the daycare's policy. She often states things are in the handbook, but I'm not even sure that she knows what's in there as I can never find said policy.
