Description:
The primary responsibility of Little Rascals is to provide exceptional care, along with a quality educational program for young children. In meeting this responsibility, the center will cooperate with and reinforce the educational efforts of the home. A curriculum is provided that enhances the social, intellectual, physical and emotional development of each child. An environment exists where there is acceptance, respect, caring and encouragement. In the warmth of this setting, we hope to help the child develop a positive attitude towards learning and towards responsibility, self-discipline and self-esteem. Little Rascals offers a wide variety of activities for all of the children in the center.
We provide care for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
Each Individual person has Shaken Baby, First Aid and CPR Training.
We also provide home cooked meals.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. The staff is very friendly at Little Rascals. They are great with my children. I love the fact that the staff has been very consistent. Very loving, it feels like home.
The very first day my grandchild was dropped off a baby was crying on the floor the WHOLE time, at least 8 minutes without ANY acknowledgement at all. I picked up at the end of the day to find my one year old had been put in an excersaucer!! Dad picked up early and could hear his child screaming when he got to the top of the stairs in the mall...then heard in a not-nice voice the teacher telling the child "you are fine". When she opened the door her face showed the "oh, crap he heard me" look. Please don't take your poor child to this center...they do not show the compassion or caring every child DESERVES!! Heard MANY negative comments once I started calling the in-homes to check for openings...so SAD!
1st i want to say that i agree with Jess! I had a great daycare provider, but now with my child being the age he is and so close to starting school this center is the best for him. To be able to find daycare and preschool in one with affortable price is awesome! The staff is great, loving, caring people. To say they are unprofessional is 100% wrong. To have that many children running around coming from different families, everyone has to have a license from the State of Minnesota. I want the entire Staff at Little Rascals to know I am greatful you take great care of my little guy! Keep up the great job!

This is the best place for my baby! Lots of artwork and great care. Very perfessional and caring staff. I am not sure about the post above... may be someone who really has never been to Little Rascals? I have stopped by at random times and have never seen any of the things stated above. Thanks so much for the wonderful care!
Many unprofessional staff, who rarely hold the babies, and allow them to cry for more than an hour at a time. Bottles are often "propped." Very few activities other than coloring, and walking to parks.
My children come home each night telling me something new they have learned. Its so great to find a place who really cares about my children. Thanks!
