About the Provider
company that has operated infant, preschool and
school age child development programs throughout
the State of California since 1969 (44 years). Our
mission is to enrich children’s lives through quality,
accredited child development programs. Our agency is committed to developmentally appropriate teaching practices, and our programs put children at the center of an interconnected circle of families, teachers, and community. CDC serves both families of low income and those who have the ability to pay program
fees. CDC has been contracting with the State Department of Education since 1976. Our programs are regularly reviewed by the California Department of Education and have received commendations for program quality. CDC has been able to expand because of the quality of academic support, educational enrichment and recreational opportunities our programs provide. For over 40 years our agency has provided before and after school child care and education services and are currently in 34 school districts and in 13 counties in California. We fully comply with all Title 22 licensing standards and with the Funding Terms and Conditions/Title 5 set forth for State
Contractors.
