My name is Julia and I am a Licensed Home Daycare Provider of J-Bug's Daycare in Joppa right off 152, convenient access to 95 north and south. I am also Certified in CPR, First Aid, SIDS, Infant Safety Medication administration and am a Certified Nursing Assistant for the past 11 years working with Hospice patients and their families.
I took care of hospice patients for 11 years before deciding to become a Licensed Home Daycare Provider. I LOVE children and watching them learn and grow. |Findings: At the time of the Inspection, Specialist observed cracked wood and chipped paint on the shed doors. On August 9, 2021, provider sent pictures of new doors on the shed. Non compliance corrected.|
|Findings: At the time of the inspection, Provider was missing Health Inventory part 1 and 2 for one child. Provider must get Part 1 completed before child care return to care. Part 2 of the Health Inventory must be completed and submitted within 20 days.|
|Findings: At the time of the inspection Provider was missing documentation of providing Guide to Regulated Child Care for 4 children.|
|Findings: At the time of the inspection, LS observed the stairs with shoes and items partially blocking the walk way, the spare bedroom had limited floor space due to clothes and clutter.|
|Findings: LS observed the gate broke off the fence to the back yard. The yard is not fully enclosed, provider stated she is planning to get it fenced within the next two months.|
|Findings: At the time of the inspection LS observed a rusty wagon, car bumper, rusty grill, a partially inflated pool with stagnant water and sheds with cracked wood and peeling paint.|
|Findings: At the time of the inspection, LS observed four old window Air Condition units on the floor accessible to the children in care. LS observed medication on the dresser in the spare bedroom and a cat litter box in the upstairs bathroom.|
|Findings: At the time of the inspection, there was not evidence that the Regulated Guide to child care was provided to a parents of a few children in care..|
|Findings: At the time of the inspection, provider stated a pet was added to the home in 2017 and the office was not notified and required proof of current rabies vaccination was not sent. Provider gave LS a copy of rabies certificate, corrected immediately.|
|Findings: At the time of the inspection, LS observed several items missing in the first aid supplies.|
|Findings: At the time of the inspection, LS observed shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste accessible to the children in care. Provider corrected immediately.|
