Ivybrook Academy

Not too sure what the crazy person who wrote the previous report was talking about. My daughter has been attending Ivybrook in Fort Mill for the past two years and has had the best experience! The teachers are amazing, the administration goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and the quality of education is something I have never seen in a preschool. In my daughter's two years there the class she started with was the class she ended with. I think there were one or two new children last year who came into her class. It is hard to read the review above as she sounds like she is just a sour person. Some people care about the quality of education and care their children are getting. Ivybrook has provided the best of both.

All they care about is your money!!! When I found out this school was coming to Fort Mill I was so excited about my child going there. The teachers and the staff are nice people. However, they treat this school like a college instead of a pre school. After the winter break the turn around of kids was crazy. It seemed every week kids were leaving and new ones coming in.  When it came time for the school year to end the school automatically was drafting peoples accounts for days/times the students weren't going to be there. Several parents complained and the school tried there best to justify there reasoning behind taking money for services not rendered. My child did learn from the school but was sad that friends were coming and going. It's hard for a 2-3 year old to comprehend this when they are just learning social skills. If you ask me this school only cares about two things...Money and their reputation!!
