Description: With the understanding that children construct knowledge on their own through interaction with the physical, social and psychological environments around them, our mission is to provide a prepared atmosphere that allows children to grow, develop and learn at an individual pace. At our center, it is the responsibility of the adults to carefully coordinate the space, time, community, and materials in such a way that children are provided optimal opportunities for individual development within the context of their social community. The International Children center program is designed to serve c infants to 12 years of age.
The Center is conveniently located at the intersection of Harding Lane and New Hampshire Avenue in Silver Spring, Maryland. The center is an attractive, child friendly place where infants, toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarten children develop, grow and learn to their fullest potentials.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
