About the Provider
ITC is a learning community where children from infants to school-age come together with experienced and responsive teachers to learn about themselves, each other, and the world. Focused on play-based learning, we know that children thrive when we respond to their pursuits and ideas, meet their everyday needs, challenge them both educationally and creatively and celebrate the unique contributions of each child to the group. We draw inspiration from the educators of the Reggio Emilia schools in Italy as well as theorists and practitioners such as Jean Piaget, Lev Vygotsky, Howard Gardner, and Magda Gerber. Our emergent curriculum supports children as they build a foundation for academic skills through real-life situations.
