I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I TRIED CALLING TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT CHILDCARE AND THEY KEPT SAYING " WILD THANG" LAUGHING AND HANGING UP! RUDE AND UN PROFESSIONAL!
