Owner Sarah was very unprofessional over phone. Doesn’t open until 8am. Didn’t know so called the business line at 7:50am and she was very rude and hung up. Don’t get me wrong great thing she trynna do with the families. Just need a different approach on the phone lines. Maybe a business line that you don’t answer until 8am & parents could just leave a message. Ended up not feeling comfortable leaving my child due to the confrontation.
They have a 100 + pound Rottweiler dog in the facility with the children and he is food and toy aggressive . I dont trust my kids around any type of large animals because we never know when it can turn on someone . Please protect your babies!
