Very unfriendly and cold. Never had a single good thing to say about my child and only focused on the negatives. The final straw was when Carroll County schools had a delay and she denied my son childcare because the school district i work for was closed. She said “I don’t keep children when parents aren’t working.” She still expected to be paid in full though. Very disappointed.
This was the worst possible place I could have ever sent my child. Cynthia is rude, unprofessional, and cold. She clearly does not enjoy children so I'm not sure why she continues to work in childcare.
