Description: The Children’s Center has been in business since October, 1990. Horizons of Okaloosa County took over the center April 1, 1992. The center became nationally accredited through NAEYC, May, 2001 and continues to maintain the high standards of NAEYC. Our mission is to provide quality care and education for young children 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Provide quality childcare and education to the community in an inclusive environment to meet the needs of children and their families.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. My child has attended this child care center since he was 3 months old. I feel confident in the care that the staff provide to him. He is now 2 and shouts hello to all the staff as he enters each day.
My child has been with the children's center since she was 3 months old. We have always had a great experience. The teachers seem to enjoy working with the children and they always have time for them. The classrooms are clean and bright. I have always enjoyed taking my child to this center.
