I have used this provider for more than 6 months

A 21 year old day care worker was emotionally abusive to my loved one. She referred to the child as mean all day. When the child went to perform a regular routine of going to select a piece of candy before leaving for the day she denied him that pleasure she told the child it was because he had been mean that day an needed to wait until Monday. I told her it was not appropriate she said it was office procedure. My belif is that it was emotional abuse.
