Director is unprofessional

The worst experiences I have ever had with a daycare. Renee is very unprofessional. She should not be working at a Christian daycare let alone anything with the word “Holy” in front of it. I stopped by because i was referred to this place by a preschool my son would be going to. After I rang the bell Renee peaked her head out of the door like I was delivering a pizza instead of having a actual adult conversation with me face to face. She asked can she help me I explained I had just left the preschool my son would be going to and they told me this was a great facility and I wanted just a bit more information about it therefore when my husband get home from work I could show him. Tuition rates, times, teacher to child ratios etc. The woman Renee asked me “what do I need to know” in my mind I thought well about the facility I didn’t stop by to ask you how was your day. I told her just a bit of information about the daycare She said well she was busy and had somewhere to be in 15 minutes so she can’t do a tour which is fine because I would rather do a tour with my husband so he can check the facility out also. But I didn’t ask for a tour. This whole conversation went on while she poked her head out of the door. I just wanted a pamphlet or something. Which most daycare or schools carry. I decided to just leave because she gave off a bad attitude and spirit. Around 4pm I received a call because I had left a message prior. I told Renee who happened to be the one who called me back that the interaction we had earlier made me a little uneasy. I explained how I expected things to go she said “well I didn’t have time to stand and Lolly gag in the hallway” ma’am we are not friends I don’t care anything about you. I wanted to know about the facility she also tried to be a smart a** and say what was the purpose of this call but she forgot she called me. As she was saying more smart stuff I just hung up on her. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A CHRISTIAN DAYCARE AFFILIATED TO A CHRISTIAN SCHOOL. This lady told me she was the director of the daycare which I can’t believe.
