Hillside Childcare

Anna may seem nice and polite at first, but if you read her policy book no one would sign that unless they had no other option. She closes her facility for sick days, but instead of using your money for actually watching your kids she just charges you and doesn't refund or roll over for actual care. This is the best way to scam people out of their money by doing nothing in return for them. That is not right. We have been to many daycare places where the money would be used for the next week or it would be refunded. That is how it should work. We have to use our sick days if our kids miss attending, so why should she get paid for doing nothing and not have to use her vacation days? Makes no sense!! She is a scam artist & we are just trying to look out for other families that might fall for her act like we did. Once we decided we could no longer risk her ripping us off and gave her a two week notice she became VERY rude. She put all of my kids belongings outside and told me to pick it up by a certain time. She was supposed to give our deposit check back, and didn't. She also didn't give all our belongings we brought to her back to us. She is the most unreliable babysitter we have ever had and she tried to cover that up in our interview. *should have been my red flag* she literally cares so much about Google reviews she will have people go write good ones so the bad ones don't appear, so I guess I'll just keep posting for her! ???? if this isn't enough for people to see how evil & wrong she is to people, then I don't know what is!!kw!!! DON'T GO TO HILLSIDE DAYCARE UNLESS YOU WANNA PAY SOMEONE FOR NOTHING!!!!! ???? Have a good day!
