Description: The Child Development Center has been an important ministry at Highland for nearly 40 years. We offer child care and preschool for children ages 3 through 5  years of age. All faculty and staff are under the administration of Highland Baptist Church, and the center is licensed by the State of Tennessee Department of Human Services. Highland’s CDC facility is rated “3-Star†by the state, and has a 100% rating from the Health Department and the State Fire Marshall, the highest possible ratings attainable.
