| Findings: Provider's capacity was reduced to 7 when provider called to report the birth of her child in June. During inspection today, provider had 9 child care children present (all 2 years of age and over). Provider stated there were 3 children present today who are not usually present on Mondays. Two children left during inspection, bringing provider's capacity down to the approved 7. Provider is reminded that there should never be more than 7 child care children present in the home at any one time. Provider has a lot of part time children enrolled.
