There were several items labeled "keep out of reach of children" throughout the facility. In room 116, there was goo gone and disinfecting wipes on a low shelf in an unlocked cabinet. In room 106, there was a first aid kit containing skin protectant, alcohol pads, antiseptic towels, and vaseline on a low shelf in an unlocked closet. There was also a teacher bag accessible in an unlocked furnace closet and one uncovered outlet. In room 112, there was hand sanitizer within reach on top of the filing cabinet. In the hall cabinet there was disinfecting wipes. In 117, there was an uncovered outlet cover in the bathroom as well as wipes on low open shelves accessible to the children. In room 103, there were wipes on low open shelves under the diaper table accessible to children. In the unlocked/open director's unsupervised office there was handsanitizer, sunscreen, disinfecting wipes, and scent plug-ins in an unlocked cabinet. 2024-01-31
