Daughter was only there 3 days. Everything's seemed okay at first. Her sidewalk is cracked which caused me to trip and get hurt. I did let her know immediately and asked if there was anything she could do to fix it or anything. She ignored me for 24 hours then I messaged again stating hey just making sure you got my message. She hatefully says yes I did we will talk about it tomorrow. I said okay and do you guys do daily sheets of bathroom times and what she has ate while here? Again I got no response until I was in their face the next day. Which I got send me the email and I'll get them to you. Her husband decided to pull my daughter bag off my back while it was fully still on me as I was trying to clock my daughter in. An on my part I did not put wipes in her bag which I take fault for. She has been potty training and wipes herself on toilet. So I get a rude text stating I needed to bring wipes . I stated that my daughters potty training and can do the wiping by herself and that I don't appreciate how she had ignored me both times to me asking questions. I was not hateful I just generically asked. She then calls me and says it was my daughters last day. I said I'll come get her right now because I find you very unprofessionally. I did file a complaint. If this woman would have said sorry about the injury and actually responded to the 2 simple questions I had . I would not have wrote this review nor made the complaint. I hope she learns from this.
