The vinyl was peeling from one picnic table on the upper playground and one on the lower playground. A large crack was located at the bottom of the slide on the upper playground. The access for children to slide was blocked, however, the crack was at the bottom of the slide and large enough to be an impingement hazzard for a child's fingers. | |||
