VERY unhappy with this facility. The staff was less than welcoming when my 3 year old started for their preschool program. Coming from a small in-home daycare, he needed explicit instruction on their policies and procedures. When he didn't get that and didn't know how to walk in line, where to put dirty dishes, and after nap routines, he was frequently put in time out for not listening. This daycare has cameras which allowed me to watch my child being isolated with little positive interaction with staff. The communication between staff and my husband and I was almost non existent, even after asking for more clarification about his day. At drop off and pick up we'd barely get a smile from the staff. On more than 1 occasion when I'd go to get my son the staff would be shouting at the other small kids... I would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone and quite honestly feel bad for the kids that go there.
