We strive to provide a warm, safe, clean, comfortable,stimulating,fun, educational and family oriented child development program. Our program includes educational activities as well as free playtime. We use the Creative Curriculum. Through a mixture of guided and undirected creative play children in our care have the opportunity to learn and develop at their own individual, appropiate pace.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Aileen in toddler class on her phone instead of actually watching children. Marisol telling my child to push new bully boy back and complaining to me about my daughter not eating spaghetti or soup when she ate her fruits shaming my child. Calling my daughter names such as "girl, kid" even coworkers talk loosely to eachother borderline disrespectful and bad attitudes Ms Betty grabbing my daughter by her arm pulling her out at pick up Catering to cash parents , if you pay out of pocket your child gets special treatment like bringing their lovey in but if you are on a program they will not care about your childs feelings Maria is money driven and will terminate without notice just because you exercise your parental rights to question the quality care your child is receiving after seeing staff mistreat or act inappropriately around the children. Avoid to prevent mental and emotional abuse for your child . Belen is running this place like a detention center. And "teachers" are like police to the children they do not love and nurture the children but rather shame and scold the toddlers. My child has suffered from bullies at this center and her teacher "Marisol" spoke to me and said " she got pushed and I told her to push back" what kind of care is that ! Advising a two year old girl to push a boy bigger than her ! That's how this center resolves bullying issues ?! After speaking to the director Belen she wrote notes. Next day she said nothing and teacher acted silent and cold towards my child and I . My child recognizes behavior and said "Marisol mad at me" disturbed by her behavior towards my child I called Maria the head director to express my concerns on the mistreatment I witnessed I was told she was going to give me a 2 week termination letter! Can you believe this tolerance? They do not care about childcare they just want parents to drop off their children and not ask questions or care about their child. I dropped off my day Monday Belen said nothing and when I picked her up she gave me a termination letter for that day to be the last day of service! No 2 weeks!? I am funded for childcare through ymca and they know they will make you sign the empty form before they fill out the times to adjust your time to get paid . Don't bring your child to a negligent unprofessional dictating greedy center. This is not a healthy establishment for anyone who care about their child's development. The only teacher I witnessed being nurturing and empathetic to a childs needs is ms sandra thank you for loving what you do for the little babies you feed and care for everyday. Thank you ms eugenia for making delicious home cooked food with love the sweet lunch lady Besides that don't bring your child here if you plan to express your concerns as a parent or exercise your rights . Their bright wheel app is advertised but they aren't actually using it ! Or maybe if you pay cash they might .
