Description:
Every child is unique and we believe that success and growth come from encouragement and praise. Our teachers focus on building every child’s self esteem and confidence through positive feedback and rewards. We nurture their natural strengths. A child see’s the world around them with wonder and awe, we believe in encouraging their natural curiosity.
At Happy Family Daycare Center children are allowed to be children. They are not pushed to walk before they are ready, pushed to share when they can’t or pushed to recite letters, numbers, colors and shapes by rote.
Children learn these concepts through play. This play includes active hands on activities in all areas of our curriculum. Children are allowed to develop at their own pace and our infants are allowed to eat and sleep according to their own biological needs.
Our on going professional development is essential for high quality care of our children. Our staff trainings exceed the usual requirements set by the office of childcare in the state of Maryland.
?Children are enrolled at Happy Family Dare Care Center regardless of race, color, religion or national origin. They are taught to respect each others similarities, differences and also to recognize the uniqueness of each individual
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
