Sadly, our experience with this daycare was not good. At the time our daughter started at 1.5 years of age, she just could not get comfortable with her surroundings for the 2.5 months she attended. My instinct was telling me how unhappy she was, but I kept thinking it was just because of the change. Cynde would yell at my daughter to clean up toys and gated her and two other kids in a bedroom with toys. My daughter was still a baby and I was told "your daughter is not a good listener." I arrived early on two occasions. Although parents we're not allowed into the house past the porch area, I walked in and the kids were gated in the living room with no toys while Cynde watched talk shows. I left that day and we NEVER went back. Because of this experience, it has changed how we interview and I could never ever recommend this daycare to any parent. I do not want any kids to be in her care.
