The Hallie Q. Brown Child Early Learning Center (ELC) is licensed for 49 preschoolers ages 2 3/4 through 5 years old and provides safe affordable childcare for working parents and community residents on a sliding fee scale. Children are provided with skills and tools to prepare them effectively for Kindergarten and beyond. Children are exposed to a wide variety of additional learning activities through field trips and in classroom activities with special guests. We have received a Four Star rating from Parent Aware.
