My three year old grandson was injured and required emergency attention. After bleeding from his head for more than 30min,with no real emergency plan in place. 911 wasn't called (even though they said they call and we call and double check)my grandson mother had to come to the center and pick him up and rush him to the hospital. The staff didn't seem to care two left shoes, everyone tried to cover themselves. No meeting was set up with other child parents or follow up.
Regardless of what time of program it maybe, all children at that age should be well watched. Still to this day! no word from the school or student family. This is the second time my child as been injured at Gum Springs Early Learning Ctr.
