About the Provider

The Grundy Family YMCA started in 2003 as a branch of the Family YMCA of Black Hawk County. The Grundy Center branch has a local board of directors who sets policies and keeps the YMCA in touch with the needs of the community. Staff and volunteers at the Y play important roles in program development and implementation. Through partnership with the Grundy Center School District, many YMCA services and programs are offered inside the Grundy Center School.
