Nanny-Level Care, With the Joy of a Small Home Daycare in Woodland, CA At Grow & Learn at My Pace, we offer nanny-level individualized care (from 2 moms!) with the wonderful socialization and sense of community that comes from a small home daycare. With just 8 children (max but often much lower) and 2 caregivers, your child receives the close attention, consistency, and personalized care you would expect from a nanny-while still having opportunities to play, make friends, learn together, and build important social skills.
