I have used this provider for more than 6 months
Unfortunately, I have had the same experience as the previous 2019 review. The provider was never consistently there. The provider would show up once a month and be gone the next day. Leaving other staff in charge. I was not informed of why the provider was gone in its entirety. The provider told events differently as reported by the Utah County Sheriff’s booking report ( a public record). The provider also said they experienced a one time adverse reaction to an anxiety medication and sought treatment. The provider admitted to a one time dui in November 2021 related to the anxiety medication. while,again, Utah County Sheriff’s bookings reflects there to be a DUI in March 2022 with a minor in the car ( again, a public record). I strongly encourage any future parents looking for child care to ask the provider how often they will be at the facility, reasons why they have been gone in the past ( in most cases weeks at a time) and about the events mentioned above to make your own decision if you’d like to use their services.
It was great at first, but then over time the provider was rarely seen or involved in child care. Random adults without background checks were left in charge of the children. And provider was not sober on more than one occasion when picking up my child.
