During our tour the school seemed great. The Director neglected to tell us that she was going to be creating a class where she would place three and five-year-olds. After I was required to pay in full, I found out several days before school started that my 5 yr old was going to be in a class with 3 yr olds. After expressing my disappointment in this I asked to pull my children from the school and receive my money back. The director explained she does not under any circumstances give refunds despite the false advertising. Other parents were very upset after learning they created this class as well. I later received a threatening email from the director warning me not to speak to other parents about the issue bc it creates waves. Being I was out thousands of dollars I budgeted for preschool I decided to give the school a shot. As expected, my son would often come home saying “mommy there are babies in my class". He was learning the same curriculum taught in his 3s program at a prior school. Eventually I pulled him and my daughter and sent them else where, best decision I ever made. I know other parents did the same.
