Findings: Licensing Specialist discussed that all materials and equipment shall be in good repair, clean, nontoxic and free from hazards including lead paint. Per the reportable child incident received from the Director the stethoscope was missing the rubber pieces which caused injury to a child in care on April 3, 2023. Plan of action required as of this date. Please have all staff members to canvas their classrooms making sure all materials and equipment are in good repair and free from hazards. The child was seen by a medical professional, treated and the child returned to the daycare center the next day.
