I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I cannot believe this place is open. I walked in to obtain information and as i walked up; the front door was ajar, the man at the desk did not greet or ask who I was, the kids were sleeping on bare filthy floor, employees playing on their phones,mold smelling and dirty environment. Go check it out for yourself if you don't believe me. But make sure to wear a face mask.
