In Room 204, a staff's purse is in a low unlocked file cabinet drawer accessible to children which is unsafe. In Room 101, the power cord outlets are uncovered and accessible to children which is unsafe. In the downstairs bathroom and lunch room there are ceiling tiles that have water stains which is unsanitary. In Room 202 there is a toilet brush in the bathroom accessible to children which is unsanitary. Send documentation to consultant.
